Julie was an Organisational Change management Consultant on the team we assembled to pivot the Caltex IT Department from being a frugal utility to an enabler of business growth. One of the major outcomes of this work was a year-on-year improvement in IT employee engagement of 26% (as well as a 90% participation rate in the survey). Apart from her OCM delivery what I particularly appreciated was the way Julie kept her ear close to the ground so we could make sure all the changes had the broadest and most relevant impact.
