Recent Projects

Engaged by a Financial Services and Advice organisation as a result of significant organisational growth organically and through M&A activity. The business grew from 50 – 500 over a period of 8 years. This review encompassed a risk assessment of current Policies, Processes and Procedures across the 6 lines of business. The deliverables included recommendations regarding reviews to current policies across the businesses, design of a HR Structure to meet current strategy and business plan and a version to meet the expected continued growth over the coming 5 years. The final deliverable was the development and buy in to a HR Business Plan, which aligned, to the real overall business plan.

Successful completion of multiple projects requiring review, risk assessment, rewriting and publication/communication of policies, practices and procedures. These projects were within small to large businesses across public and private sector organisations. Several required the review of policies and procedures across multiple integrated branches or acquired business to develop one current, accurate and at the same time one that was flexible enough to meet the individual business units’ unique requirements. The Stakeholder, Board Remuneration and Steering Committee communications and management were critical to the success of these projects.

Major Organisational Design assignments have included successful implementation of six organisational restructures within 3 unique Public Services Departments, three simultaneously within one division. All projects included responsibility for development and approval of recommendations on organisational design, role design and implementation/ communications plans. There was significant Stakeholder and Risk Management responsibility that challenged and enabled outcomes delivered in timeframes that set new precedents within the businesses.
