Recent Projects

As the Organisational Change Management Consultant on the team assembled to deliver a major transformation program to an enabler of business growth. One of the major outcomes of this work was a year-on-year improvement in IT employee engagement of 26% (as well as a 90% participation rate in the survey).

At a Global Financial Services organisation, we lead the Employee Engagement Survey and achieved a participation rate of 93% up from 73% in previous year & 63% the year prior. Overall results improved under times of significant change and impact of the GFC. Key areas of focus were Career Development with an improvement in scores of 11%, Reward and Recognition of 9% and Change Management with increases of 9%.
